Ingredients

For the meat mixture
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the dough and topping
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is fully cooked and well-seasoned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese until melted and evenly combined.
  5. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
  6. Flatten each biscuit into a small circle, about 3 inches in diameter.
  7. Place about 1 tablespoon of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.
  8. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges together to seal the bombs completely.
  9. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and grated parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture over each bomb to give it a golden, cheesy crust.
  10. Place the stuffed biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  11. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  12. Remove from the oven, and while still warm, sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

For an extra kick, incorporate chopped jalapeños or hot sauce into the beef mixture. Mix different cheeses like cheddar or pepper jack for varied flavors. If you have an air fryer, these can be cooked at 320°F (160°C) for about 10-12 minutes for a crispy exterior.
