Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Drain excess fat from the skillet. Stir in the beef broth, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer the mixture for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the beef mixture and half of the shredded cheese. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving for a fresh touch.
