Ingredients
Method
Cooking the Beef
- In a large pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Sautéing the Vegetables
- Once the beef is cooked, add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pan. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.
Combining Ingredients
- Pour in the beef broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well to combine and bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Stir in the egg noodles, ensuring they are submerged in the liquid. Allow the mixture to return to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low.
- Add the frozen mixed vegetables and stir to combine, covering the pan with a lid. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until the noodles are tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
Final Seasoning and Serving
- Once cooked, taste and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper as needed.
- Remove the pan from heat and sprinkle fresh parsley on top before serving.
