  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (elbow macaroni or your choice)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, cooking until it's no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the cream of mushroom soup to the skillet with the cooked meat. Stir until well combined.
  4. Incorporate the frozen mixed vegetables and cooked pasta into the mixture, stirring until everything is evenly distributed and warmed through.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  6. Top with shredded cheese, sprinkling an even layer over the casserole.

  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melty and golden brown.
