Classic Beef and Noodle Casserole Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and cooked noodles. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, combine cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
- In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes, followed by half of the beef mixture and half of the soup mixture. Repeat layers.

- In a skillet, brown ground beef, onion, and bell pepper. Drain fat.
- Stir in rice, tomato soup, beef broth, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish. Cover tightly with foil.

- Remove from oven, stir in cheese, and return to oven until cheese is melted.
