Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  • Add diced potatoes and cook until golden and tender, about 10–12 minutes.

  • Stir in chopped peppers and onions; sauté until soft.

  • In a separate pan, fry eggs to your liking and serve on top.
