Crispy Parmesan Potatoes

Description

These crispy little potatoes are tossed in Parmesan and garlic for a cheesy, crunchy side dish that disappears fast.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound little potatoes

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Toss potatoes with olive oil, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  • Roast for 25–30 minutes until crispy and golden.

Notes

For even crispier potatoes, bake on a parchment-lined tray and don’t overcrowd the pan.
