Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Toss potatoes with olive oil, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.
 - 
Roast for 25–30 minutes until crispy and golden.
 
Notes
For even crispier potatoes, bake on a parchment-lined tray and don’t overcrowd the pan.
