Creamy Mashed Little Potatoes

Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound little potatoes

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Boil little potatoes in salted water for 10–15 minutes or until tender.

  • Drain and return to the pot.

  • Add butter, heavy cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  • Mash until smooth and creamy.

Notes

For extra decadence, stir in 2 tablespoons of Bertolli Alfredo Sauce or grated Parmesan.
