Description
Golden roasted little potatoes with garlic and herbs—crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside. A perfect side for any meal.

1 pound little potatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced
 - 
1 teaspoon rosemary
 - 
1 teaspoon thyme
 - 
Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- 
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - 
Toss little potatoes with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
 - 
Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
 - 
Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through until crispy and golden.
 
Notes
Try adding a sprinkle of lemon zest or grated Parmesan before serving.
