Description

This creamy cheesecake is easy to make using Keebler’s buttery graham cracker crust. A crowd-pleasing dessert you can make ahead and customize!


Ingredients

  • 1 Keebler Ready Crust Graham Cracker Pie Crust

  • 16 oz cream cheese (2 blocks), softened

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 large eggs

  • Optional toppings: fruit, whipped cream, chocolate or caramel drizzle


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325Β°F (163Β°C).

  • In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

  • Add vanilla extract and mix.

  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each.

  • Pour into Keebler crust and smooth the top.

  • Bake for 35–40 minutes or until edges are set and center slightly jiggles.

  • Let cool completely at room temperature.

  • Chill in fridge for 4+ hours (overnight is best).

  • Add toppings before serving, if desired.

Notes

Use room temperature ingredients for a smooth texture. For a firmer crust, bake the crust alone for 5 minutes before filling.
