For the Big Mac Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Cook the beef: In a skillet, sauté onions until soft, then add ground beef and seasonings. Cook until browned, then drain excess grease.
- Prepare the sauce: In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, mustard, and vinegar until smooth.
- Assemble the casserole: Layer cooked beef in the dish, sprinkle cheese over it, then arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden and crispy.
- Garnish and serve: Drizzle Big Mac sauce over the top, add diced pickles, shredded lettuce, and sesame seeds. Serve immediately!
